Ageing: 100% barrel aged in 80% French, 20% American oak for 14 months before bottling.
Grape Harvest: Grapes are hand-picked at the end of April.
Vinification: Grapes are hand-picked at the end of Apri and subjected to a cold soak over four days. Whole berries are fermented on the skins and remain in contact with the skins for 26 days.
