Crimson red in color, with ripe black currant and smoky tobacco aromas. A rich  structure of red fruits and sweet cinnamon balanced by fine and round tannins.

    Ideal for red meats, pasta and all sorts of cheese.

Grape Varieties: 85% Cabernet Sauvignon; 10% Syrah; 5 % Malbec
Miscellaneous: Grapes coming from vineyards located in Maule Valley. The soil is stony and shallow.
Vintage: 2013
Grape Harvest: Hand picked. Depending on the variety, between end of March to beginning of May
Vinification: Grapes were cold macerated for 3 days. Fermented in stainless steel tanks at a temperature between 25° and 28° C. Malolatic fermentation was done in tanks. 60% of the blend was aged with american and french oak.
