Bright gold hue. Vibrant citrus, floral and tropical fruit aromas. The palate is lean and racy, fine natural acidity lending great length to the citrus flavours, a well rounded palate from time spent on lees. Clean varietal characters and rich textures, offering fine balance and remarkable approachability whilst young.

|Vinification:||The fruit was chilled and whole bunch pressed, with 95% of the wine fermented in a combination of new, one, two and three year old French oak hogsheads (55% New oak). 5% was fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks to maintain freshness. 15% of this wine also completed malolactic fermentation to soften the palate and add extra complexity. The oak matured component was aged for 6 months, with regular lees stirring to enhance the structure of the wine prior to bottling.|
